I lead enterprise-scale digital transformation programs — from product strategy and multi-stakeholder alignment to multi-country rollout and production delivery. Over 15 years, I have built a track record across retail, insurance, asset management, automotive, and financial services — working at the intersection of business strategy, technology delivery, and organisational change.

At Carrefour Group, I lead the uCare program as Global Program Manager — coordinating a multi-country digital store operations platform across Belgium, Romania, and France. I own the global roadmap, manage delivery governance across a 22-person engineering team, and align business, product, and IT stakeholders in three countries. The platform is live in 325+ stores and scaling.

At Cegeka Romania, I managed the custom software delivery division — running a full portfolio of fixed-price enterprise programs with zero bench time over 18 months, and managing enterprise client relationships including NN Group.

Earlier, at Solera, I delivered the first AI-based risk inspection solution and first BI/analytics platform in Romania's insurance market — both firsts in the country at the time.

I am equally comfortable presenting program status to C-level sponsors across geographies, writing a product roadmap with business stakeholders, or structuring a delivery model for a distributed engineering team.
