I lead enterprise-scale digital transformation programs, combining end-to-end implementation experience on both the vendor side and the customer side with hands-on experience across both product management and custom software development. From product strategy and multi-stakeholder alignment to multi-country rollout and production delivery, I have driven measurable outcomes across retail, insurance, automotive, banking, asset management, and workplace safety services: a €1.5M+ delivery programme with zero bench time at Cegeka, the first AI vehicle damage assessment solution in Romania's insurance market at Solera, implementations that doubled annual revenue at Dorsum, and a multi-country operational platform now live in 800+ stores at Carrefour Group.

At Carrefour Group, I lead a multi-country digital store operations programme as Global Program Manager, coordinating a platform across Belgium, Romania, and France. I own the global roadmap, drive program governance, and align business, product, and IT stakeholders across all three markets, partnering closely with the development team.

At Cegeka Romania, I effectively ran the custom software delivery division, owning P&L, staffing, and client delivery across a €1.5M+ annual portfolio. I achieved 15% higher billability year-on-year and zero bench time, while stepping up to cover Director-level responsibilities.

At Solera, I delivered two market firsts in Romania: the first AI-powered vehicle damage assessment solution and the first BI/analytics platform for auto insurance, contributing to 8% and 10% consecutive annual revenue growth.

The platform spans CRM and client lifecycle management, document management, qualified electronic signature (Namirial), and task management, extended with custom modules for automated SSM/PSI training campaigns, workplace accident case management, pest-control service operations, and leads management with automated offers and per-segment draft contracts.
